Mark is a ”Corporate Culturalist” and Change Agent. Mark is a distinguished graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point. During his uniformed service in Army Aviation, he proudly served in five countries on three continents. As an AH- 64 Apache pilot, he bravely served in Operations Desert Shield/Storm where he was awarded the Bronze Star and Air Medal for Valor. Mark was also awarded the Apache Training Brigade’s “Top Gun” title as the unit’s number one copilot gunner out of sixty-six competing pilots. He later earned two Master of Science degrees in Engineering and Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Mark has had an incredibly unique business career. He is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Parrish Partners. Parrish Partners is a leadership and management consulting company offering business consulting, executive coaching, executive search, and leadership training for personal and business growth. Centered on leading edge thinking and Fortune 100 company best practices, Parrish Partners specialties include leadership, strategy, culture, organizational change, and operations excellence. Mark was CEO, President, and Director of Stuart Dean Company, Inc., the 91-year-old, Manhattan-based international real estate restoration and preservation company serving both the commercial and residential real estate sectors. Most recently Mark was CEO, President, and Director of Igloo Products Corp., the 76-year-old, U.S.-based manufacturer of the iconic Igloo brand of commercial and consumer cooler products. He has an accomplished record of leading organizational transformations. His contributions have yielded tremendous value creation with other well-known consumer brands, such as Harley-Davidson ( Director of “Big Twin” vehicle assembly operations), The Simmons Companies (Executive Vice President & COO) and other industry leaders, including Ply Gem, Interface, Inc. (Senior Vice President), and Deceuninck North America (President, CEO & Director), each world-class manufacturer’s known for their rapid product innovation.

Previously Mark was CEO, President and Director of Igloo Products Corp., the 70-year-old, U.S.-based manufacturer of the iconic Igloo brand of commercial and consumer cooler products. In this role, Mark had global leadership and management responsibility for the operations of Igloo and its affiliated brands Cool Gear and YEWStuff. While in this capacity Mr. Parrish was named the Houston Business Journal’s “2017 Outstanding CEO for Large Companies.”
Immediately prior to joining Igloo, Mark was CEO, President and Director of Stuart Dean Company, Inc., the 80-year-old, Manhattan-based international real estate restoration and preservation company serving both the commercial and residential real estate sectors.
