Introducing Jimmy S. Keene II, the Chief Operating Officer of B2B Power Partners, Inc. Jimmy is a seasoned leader with over 25 years of industry experience spanning various sectors. A background in strategic leadership and executive management, Jimmy brings a wealth of expertise to our dynamic team.

Jimmy’s journey is defined by a commitment to service and excellence. As a former officer in the military, he honed his leadership skills and dedication to mission success. Today, Jimmy continues to serve his community as the President and Chairman of San Juan Mountain Adventures, Inc., a nonprofit dedicated to empowering disabled veterans through therapeutic outdoor trips.

Upholding a heart for service and a mind for strategy, Jimmy specializes in Workday HCM implementation and relationship management, driving business connections and overseeing client engagements. His strategic acumen and dedication to client success have earned him a reputation for delivering exceptional results.

Tahda A. Ahtone Esq., Chief Legal Officer, is an enrolled citizen of the Kiowa Tribe.  She has lived in multiple different countries and states.  She attended boarding school in Tennessee at the 7^th oldest school in the Nation.  She attended undergrad at University of North Carolina Asheville, where she majored in Sociology.  While there, she started the first ever American Indian student organization and received multiple awards for her contribution to diversity on campus.  She also started her first company during this time and began demonstrating her skills in leadership and management.    

She received an MLS from Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University (ASU), focusing on Federal Indian Law and economic development.  She then interned under Jannie Hipp in the Office of Indian Affairs at the USDA in Washington D.C. through the WINS program.  She attended the Pre-Law Summer Institute at the University of New Mexico, PLSI class of 2010. 

Tahda received a Juris Doctorate from ASU in December 2013, one paper shy of receiving a Certificate in Indian Law.  After passing the Colorado and Navajo Nation Bar in 2014, she started as the managing attorney for DNA—People’s Legal Services’ Chinle office.  She was promoted to a program manager overseeing the NARF program with legal outreach to different Tribal courts. 

During her time living and working on the Navajo Reservation she was motivated to follow her passion for holistic sustainable building.  She resigned from her attorney work to create JackRabbit Development, a Native-Women owned LLC in 2017.

She started her own law firm in 2021 when she saw the need for legal work to be done to assist other entrepreneurs.  Her firm has focused on economic development, the creation of wealth and the transfer of intergenerational wealth, transactional work, and business and non-profit creation.  She has been active in financing and venture capital work as well. 

She has a mother-only family.  She enjoys crafting, outdoor activities, camping, music, dancing, travel, and food.
